  • Shipping & Delivery

    In the United States, standard shipping is by USPS Media Mail or USPS First Class Mail, depending on the weight of the order. Small orders, such as single copies of music CDs, are typically shipped by First Class Mail. Rush shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. Shipment via UPS or FedEx is also available for an additional charge.

    • Standard Shipping for most products: 10% of order subtotal, with $3.50 minimum charge
    • Rush Shipping for most products: 20% of order subtotal, with $6.50 minimum charge

    International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. Orders weighing less than 1 pound may be shipped by USPS First Class Mail International. Shipping on international orders is billed at the actual cost of shipping.

    Some items such as maps and posters may require additional shipping charges.

  • Privacy & Security

    For your security, your log-in and checkout is protected with SSL technology. Credit card information is processed by a third party provider that conforms to the data security standards of the payment card industry.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We package orders with care and seldom have any damage during shipment, but occasionally damage does occur. Please review your order carefully when you receive it and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or damage. Damaged items will be replaced at no charge.

    Please contact us before returning products. If we receive returns for which prior authorization has not been obtained, no credit will be given. We will accept most materials for return provided they are in resalable condition. Your credit card will be refunded, unless you prefer store credit toward future purchases. If a return is authorized for materials that upon receiving we find unfit for resale, credit will be issued based on the condition of the materials.

  • Ordering

    For accurate and efficient processing of orders, we recommend placing your order via the webstore. However, we accept phone orders for your convenience. Call 877-222-4769 (toll-free) to place an order by phone.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Payment is accepted by all major credit cards or personal and business checks. We also accept purchase orders from schools and churches.

    Prices are subject to change without notice. In the case of obvious typographical errors, we ask for your forbearance.

    If you have a promotion or discount code, please enter it under “Discount Codes” in the shopping carts. Your order total will be adjusted when you apply the coupon.

    If you are exempt from sales tax in Pennsylvania, please fax a copy of your tax exemption certificate to (814) 789-3396 and we will update your account.

  • Viewing Orders

    After placing your order, you may log into our store to view your order and print an invoice. Go to My Account and enter your email address and password.

    If you completed your purchase as a guest without registering, you may register for an account and we will associate your order with your account.
