Fulfillment and Return Policies

Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for you as a customer, and we promise to do our best to meet your needs. Our general policies regarding fulfillment and returns are outlined below. Domestic shipping

Most domestic orders we receive are processed within two business days and are shipped via our choice of UPS Ground or USPS Media Mail or a similar service. Tracking information is provided via email for all shipments. In our experience, typical transit times range from one to five days, depending on distance; however, delivery may take longer in particular cases.

International shipping

Canadian orders are processed within two business days and are shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or EasyShip Flat Export. Tracking information is available upon request. Packages shipped via FedEx may not be transferred to the courier for several days after the order is processed. We use services that do not charge brokerage fees for customs processing, but the customer is responsible for paying GST/HST charges.

For other international customers, we prefer to ship to a U.S. address and have you make arrangements for delivery. Contact us to inquire about options for direct shipping to your international address.

Backorders

If an item in your order is backordered, we will hold your entire order for up to ten days while we wait for the backordered item(s) to arrive. If the backordered items are not available for shipment within ten days, we will contact you to determine how to proceed.

Returns, refunds, and replacement

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund until they are shipped.

We accept returns of physical products for thirty days from the date we receive an order. This period may be extended at our discretion if delivery of your order is delayed for any reason.

Digital products cannot be returned or refunded after they are downloaded.

Returns must be authorized. Refunds are not guaranteed for unauthorized returns. Contact us via email at [email protected] to initiate a return.

To receive a refund, returned items must be in new, resaleable condition. We will issue a refund of the purchase price of goods to your original payment method upon receipt of returned items in good condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping.

We strive for accuracy in filling orders, but occasionally we make a mistake. If you receive an item you did not order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will replace it with the correct item and send a return label for the incorrect item. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us so we can send you the missing item.

We package our orders with care, and damage in transit is rare. However, if your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] and send photos of the damaged products. Depending on the level of damage, we will offer a partial refund or a replacement for damaged products. We will cover all shipping charges for returning and replacing damaged items.
