Little Town on the Prairie

The long winter is over. With spring comes a new job for Laura, town parties, and “Literaries.” Laura spends many hours each day sewing shirts to help earn money that will send Mary to a college for the blind. But in the evenings, she makes time for a new caller, Almanzo Wilder.
