Maybelle – The Cable Car

“Cling clang…clingety clang,” Maybelle the Cable Car was always busy. “She loved her City…she loved her work and most of all she loved the people.” But times were changing and one day Big Bill the bus haughtily informed her that the City Fathers said it was time for the cable cars to go. Poor, heartbroken Maybelle! Is she going to be thrown away just like that after so many years of faithful service?

This is a sweet little story of the cable cars in San Francisco.
