Vision-related Learning Problems: An Optometrist’s Perspective

Eighty percent of classroom learning is visual. Yet vision is often overlooked as a potential cause of learning problems. This presentation will provide an introduction to common vision problems. Participants will learn how to recognize the symptoms of a vision problem, how to modify coursework for struggling students, and how to make referrals for professional care.
